At MP Nexlevel, we automatically accept a moral and economic obligation to our company, employees and customers to ensure that operations within our control are conducted in an efficient and safe manner. Therefore, safety always exists in our planning and construction phases.

OSHA

Our safety program has been developed to assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations with particular emphasis on the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. MP Nexlevel has paid special attention to OSHA requirements that apply directly to our construction operations. We recognize safety as an essential element for the success of our company.

The Safety Program at MP Nexlevel includes the following:

• Job Hazard Analysis - Identifies and eliminates unsafe working procedures / practices.
• Self-Inspection - Conducted by the Safety Committee to identify and correct hazardous conditions
• Employee training guidelines.
• Provide necessary personal protective equipment and instruction in its proper care and use.
• Develop/enforce safety regulations. Require employees' cooperation of rules as a condition of employment.
• Prompt and thorough reporting/investigation of every accident.
  Recognition and awards for exceptional safety performance.
• Annual review and modification of the safety program if appropriate.
  

Vital Aspect of Every Job at MP Nexlevel

The success of our safety program requires full and earnest cooperation from every employee within the company. Safety must be and is considered a vital aspect of every job performed by MP Nexlevel, which is why documented employee safety training is not only critical but also required. Training ensures that workers have been made aware of workplace hazards and that appropriate precautions have been taken to avoid accidents and/or injuries.

Safety Training

Training is required in the following situations:

• When new employees are hired.
• When employees transfer to a new work area.
• When employees are required to perform a new job function.
• When employee's return to work after a long lay off, illness or injury.
• For all employees who perform unusual, seasonal, or extremely hazardous jobs.
• For all employees, when operations/processes significantly change.
• For all foremen, managers, and lead employees, to ensure familiarity with all safety regulations.
• Whenever mandated by outside regulatory agencies such as OSHA.
  

All training sessions must be documented in a training log, indicating the trainee(s) name(s), date, trainer(s) name(s), and all information covered.
