OPASTCO, NTCA Vote to Unify

OPASTCO and the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) today announced that the associations will unify, following votes by both associations at the 2013 Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & EXPO in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
