The following positions are currently available:

Aerial Construction

Experience necessary. Candidates must have the ability to operate equipment necessary for overhead utility construction. Need valid commercial driver’s license and valid examiners health card. Experience with aerial equipment and utility installations. Need a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 months experience.

Laborer

No experience necessary but it is preferred. Need a High School Diploma or GED.

Equipment Operator

No experience necessary but it is preferred. Need a CDL (A) License to operate equipment. High School Diploma or GED needed.

Locator

Experience preferred but it is not necessary - Need a valid C Drivers License. Need a High School Diploma or GED.

Fiber Optic Splicer

To terminate all variations of fiber optic cable to include loose tube, ribbon, leaf, dispersion and multi mode. To be familiar with all variations of splice cases, pedestals and FDPs. To be able to perform all aspects of testing Fiber optic systems, it is too include End to End testing, End to End fiber signature and fiber optic splice loss. It also includes being able to properly document and submit test results in an acceptable form. This person must be able to test these systems with little or know assistance.  Person must have a minimum of 4 years of fiber optic experience and an Industry certification in Fiber Optic Systems.

Fiber Optic Cutover/Installer

This person is to be competent in the cutover of Voice, data and video. It also includes running cable in residential and business establishments. Must have experience in fishing walls entering attics and crawl spaces. Must be a outgoing person who is a good communicator with great customer relations. Past Telephone and or CATV installing is a plus. A minimum of 1 year experience in cutovers involving FTTH is required.

Wind Turbine Installation Electricians

We are staffing MN Licensed Journeyman and apprentices with experience wiring wind turbine generators after erection. Our current project involves wiring GE 1.5 MW turbines. Experience with these towers is a preference. Must be in physical shape to climb 80 meter towers. Pre employment drug testing is required. Travel is expected.
